Assembly/disassembly and maintenance

For assembly, follow the instructions on the instruction sheet. It is assembled by hand only and with the help of a hammer. To disassemble the products, follow the instructions on the assembly sheet in reverse. To remove the nails, use only the front claw of the hammer.

Use only a slightly damp cloth to clean the surface. For unvarnished products, stained or damaged parts can always be sanded with fine sandpaper (grit 180). Accidentally damaged components can be replaced individually by sending us an email with the component code and purchase date.

Materials

This product is made exclusively from birch plywood. The panels we use are E1 and CARB certified for formaldehyde emissions and FSC certified for tree felling monitoring and the sustainable employment of labour throughout the entire manufacturing process of the plywood panels.

Laser cutting technology applied to wood allows for precise joints and quick assembly.

It assembles with interlocking joints, using only hands and no tools. Interlocking assembly, wood on wood, extends the product's life.

Over time, metal joints wear out the wood, while 100% wood joints preserve the product's functionality and keep it stable and sturdy.
